Graphical issue - Textures become green and makes game unplayable

Hi. So I've only played Observation for a few hours and I'm not very far in story-wise, but I've encountered a "bug?" or something that makes it basically unplayable. For reference, I'm where Emma plugs me into the sphere-thingy and to try out the new movement controls. This never occurred before so I was surprised when I found out that after loading up my save the only thing I saw on screen (besides the contour of Emma's head) was green. I suspect this is some sort of graphical issue and has less to to with the game's textures. Game files have been verified and validated as well as the game uninstalled and reinstalled. Needless to say, I can't really wrap my head around what is going on here. Also, no other game I've played recently have this issue, so I'm at a loss for what to do next.

So, as of today when having downloaded the latest update, the problem have seemingly fixed itself. I do, however, still see some bright green screen flashes once in a while, but now the game is playable for me.
