So you think the Crusader is more of a Paladin than the Paladin?
Not a sarcastic remark, because I'd say that's closer to my view, too.
Is he really the class that makes the best use of mana?
I'm genuinely asking here.
the 4th weapon is great fun too.
but generally you feel like an utstobbable juggernaut when playing him
I just wish he felt a bit more "holy" for at least weapons 2 and 3. His fourth weapon is pretty much the only one that seems befitting of a character with the title of "paladin".
I have no objections to his first weapon. He wouldn't be a worthy successor to Hexen 1's warrior if he wasn't running up to enemies and punching them in the face.
I thought the white swish effect was more or less a generic "this sword is *REALLY* sharp" effect, since it is a vorpal sword. I'll give you the engravings, though.
Snickersnack.
I think maybe if the sword glowed with a slight aura if you had blue mana, I'd be more into it. Nothing crazy like Wraithverge, more along the lines of Timon's Axe.
