Patch/graphic mods for H2 on steam

Hey guys, I want to replay this classic but I cannot find any recent guide. I want to play the game in 2K resolution, is there a mod that does that? Also texture/models mods? Thanks!

Check out: Hammer of Thyrion (https://uhexen2.sourceforge.net/) it's a source port that updates the game to run better, better modern Windows support including higher resolutions.
