Login error 386

Whenever I try to enter the game I get "Failed to Login, Error Code 386".
How can I solve this ?

Happen to me also I think my password was not secure enough anymore.

I just used the forget password tab at the login screen and use the temp password
they sent to my Email to log in.

This is still happening as of today. I also saw that it was an issue for people as far back as 2017 with the non Steam client. Is there a solution?

been having this issue for hours today. Tried uninstall and reinstall. nothing. Created a new account, same problem. tried launching not through steam, and as administrator. checked firewall. nothing.
