is the game just borked?

so i start up the game go to new game and there literaly no encounters nothing i do progresses and the tavern is just there. any one know how to fix this?

After clicking on play game, you need to choose your hunter class: (only initiate is unlocked)

so the issue is theres no paths avalible to choose like it just says tavern with nothing els

As I mentioned above, you can move the map with WASD to see all the paths. To move on any of the paths, simply hover your mouse over one of the hexagons with a crossed sword in front of you it will highlight and then click on it to start your first combat.

EDIT: Just to be sure, what's on the 4 screenshots in my post above is what you see when you're in game, if so, just follow the instructions above.

nono my dude i mean i see what your saying but i cant click anything because nothing is there i checked the images first but the issue is i have nothing onthe screen to interact with

Try to verify your game files in your Steam library.
If the game still doesn't work, uninstall the game then reinstall it.

ok that fixed it for now
