Manual or Instructions?

I am slowly getting the hang of things but I cannot believe that there are no instructions, or at least none that I have found. For example, I see that there are adjustments as you cruise into pit lane but no clue as to what adjustments to make.

- wedge = better turning, + wedge = better stability.
- tape = lower temps, + tape = higher temps.
- tire pressure = more grip, + tire pressure = more speed.

Are there any other aspects of the game you need assistance with?
