DIRT SETUP USING A CONTROLLER OR WHEEL

Well. I am unable to play on Dirt tracks with a controller. I look at the AI cars and what my car is doing, and we simply don't run on the same physic engine. I did every possible settings with the controller and it's just plain horrible. Good if you can compensate with the settings but it should be playable from the start.

And personnally, Dirt racing isn't Nascar and it's not fun. They destroyed the career mode and put a wall from the start.

I hope this helps but I am simply not invested in setup to fix their control sheme and bad physics.

this setup will work with a steering wheel also,i changed a little wedge and my springs a little and can run with the best of them.this setup is just to get you in the right direction.

Obviously your not going to drive exactly like AI's its been like that since day 1 with any AI. Get a grip, quit complaining and put some time in and practice.

Hey Kool....this set up actually seems to help, I still suck, but major improvement, I can work with this....what did you change your wedge and springs to?....

The Xtreme dirt tour is the most fun and has the best engine sound in the game. Check out Austin Ogonoski's youtube page on dirt set up. Once you get the hang of driving dirt its a blast.
