Il gioco è divertente e se giocato in gruppo diventa incredibilmente longevo e avvincente.

A tal proposito, se volete giocare con un gruppo di **oltre 40 persone tutte italiane** ed attive selezionate il server **Eu West 2**, in seguito al tutorial la regione Ostaria (nord-ovest della mappa) e cercate la casata **SolInvictus**.

Il gioco ha deciso che tutti devono essere alla pari, che abbiano 1500 ore o 300. Sono stati attivati i Path, un modo per i nuovi giocatori di ottenere medaglie esperienza per le unità (usatele per le unità Tier IV o Tier V che sono i tier più elevati) e ne danno così tante che potrete portarle al livello massimo, INOLTRE VI DARANNO materiali per craftare armi rare, skin, 3 UNITA' (1 Tier III, una Tier IV ed una Tier V), artiglierie, bronzi, DI TUTTO, SEMPLICEMENTE DI TUTTO.
Quindi non preoccupatevi se iniziate solo ora, e scegliete EUW2 per venirci a trovare.

Dato che hanno a cuore i nuovi giocatori, che si sarebbero trovati contro gente troppo forte per loro, hanno deciso di regalare unità Tier 2 ad inizio gioco (su una scala che va da Tier 1 a Tier 5). Oltre a queste unità in regalo, che se potenziate equivalgono a Tier 3 e che noi vecchi giocatori CI SIAMO DOVUTI SUDARE COMBATTENDO CON GENTE CON LA FALCE E L'ACCETTA, hanno inserito un sistema di arruolamento settimanale delle unità non ancora sbloccate, a partire dal Tier 3 per arrivare a quelle Tier 5.

E' un gioco con cui fare il casual e aspettarsi di arrivare ai livelli massimi? NO.

VUOI LE UNITA' FIGHE? GIOCA. IL GIOCO NON TE LE REGALA, TE LE DEVI SUDARE. ALTRIMENTI TIENITI I LANCIATORI DI POPCORN.
VUOI IL TUO CASTELLO? CONQUISTALO E DIFENDILO.
Oramai si è talmente tanto abituati all'avere tutto e subito che appena un gioco richiede un pochino più di tempo si da subito di matto.
Parti che sei un ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, appena uscito da una compagnia mercenaria dove vengono svolti i vari tutorial, per partecipare alle varie partite (Battaglie campali, Assedi, Guerre territoriali, Deathmatch e FreeBattles) devi avere un certo livello (perché prima saresti solo un peso, giocando capirete).
Piano piano sbloccherai tutte le unità fighe che vorrai, giocando, sudando, conquistando territori sulla mappa e facendo a pizze con gli avversari di altre casate per ottenerli e tenerli. Territori dove andrai a raccogliere le risorse necessarie per mantenere le tue truppe e dai quali raccoglierai le tasse, l'espansione dovrà essere studiata, non dovrai mai estenderti più di quanto la tua casata potrà difendere e dovrai cercare di ottenere il maggior numero di risorse differenti tra loro. I territori verranno contesi, difesi, conquistati, scambiati. Alleanze che si sfasceranno, tradimenti, pugnalate alle spalle. (GoT spostate)
Hai bisogno dei soldi veri per vincere? No, risparmi un pochino di tempo e basta. Il premium presente nel gioco ti da il 30% in più di exp personale e delle truppe, il 30% di onore (per sbloccare le nuove unità) e il 30% di bronzi in più. Giocando meno ottieni quanto un player che grinda normalmente, se grindi e hai il premium ottieni velocemente le unità fighe (da considerare che non sono comunque immortali, perderle è un colpo al cuore e alle tasche dato che i kit costano una marea e possono essere battute da unita più deboli se coordinate dagli avversari). L'equilibrio dato da unità fighe e unità scrause è che puoi schierare anche 8 unità scrause, mentre al massimo arrivi a 2 unità d'elitè.
Se sei bravo sei bravo, punto. Oltre il livello 60 è tutta estetica l'aumentare di livello, ti dice solo da quanto giochi, gli skill point si fermano al livello 60. Il livello, le statistiche, funzionano fino ad una certa, il come disponi le unità, il come ti coordini con i compagni, QUESTO, QUESTO E' CIO' CHE FA VINCERE LE PARTITE.
IN QUESTO GIOCO NON SIETE DEI SCESI IN TERRA, CHE DA SOLI POSSONO SPAZZARE VIA INTERE ARMATE, ANZI, SIETE PERSINO PIU' DEBOLI DELLE UNITA' DI ELITE', IMPARATE A GIOCARE DI SQUADRA.
-----Passando al lato tecnico-----
Il gioco ha avuto una fase dove l'ottimizzazione faceva pena, i tempi di caricamento erano lunghissimi e le unità (est vs ovest della mappa) molto squilibrate, ora tutto questo NON AVVIENE.
-----Questione P2W-----
Sono state introdotte delle unità premium, la gente ha subito gridato "PAITOUIN!!11!!" mentre le statistiche di queste unità sono nella media (anzi, alcune fanno più schifo della media) e sono utili solo perché danno solo il 10% in più di ricompense quando vengono schierate (diciamo che sono un premium in miniatura, UAU CHE PAITOUIN, CONSIDERANDO CHE LE PUOI ACQUISTARE ANCHE CON I SOLDI DEL GIOCO)

Per chi si lamenta che non si farma abbastanza denaro in gioco, ho racimolato qualcosa 500k di bronzi, senza contare quelli spesi, e 300k di argento. NO PREMIUM. Se non fate soldi semplicemente è perché non pianificate, e questo gioco punisce chi non pianifica.


Quindi niente, giocateci se vi interessa, se vi può piacere. E mi raccomando, entrate sul server EU West 2, che è quello più giovane.

E ricordate, SolInvictus, unica casata italiana presente dalla creazione del server, partecipe a mille battaglie, distruttrice di innumerevoli feudi e alleanze, RECLUTA. Siamo pochi, ma siamo cattivi come Chihuaha

Al contrario di quelli che dicono dopo sole 10h di gioco che è "pay to win", si può andare avanti anche senza spendere soldi. Essendo però un "free to play" il premium funge da supporto al "progress" dandoti il 30% di exp, soldi ed onore (per sbloccare le truppe).

Le unità mercenarie sono scarse ed hanno la sola utilità di dare il 10% di exp e soldi in più. Io, ad esempio, non le ho sbloccate e non ho nessuna penalità.

Il gioco ha ancora delle pecche sul matchmaking in gruppo ma sono stati fatti progressi che mi auguro possano migliorarlo ulteriormente. Ci vuole pazienza e sperare che continuino a lavorare come han fatto finora.

Sbloccare le truppe a 5 stelle (le più forti del gioco) non è mai stato così veloce ed alla portata di tutti.

PS: hanno ripristinato il fronte d'attacco unico su tutti i villaggi, castelli e forti e diminuito di molto la exp per livellare le truppe.

buon gioco free to play, i soldi servono se volete expare più velocemente o fare più soldi in game, ma non si possono comprare armi o unità più potenti, ha un buon bilanciamento. Un'ottima casata in cui mi son trovato bene sono i SolInvictus, casata italiana, che mi hanno accolto e spiegato le basi del gioco e aiutato nelle quest, se volete unirvi basta contattarli in game

I have over 800 hours of playing CB, in both a casual and highly competitive sense. So I will detail both down below.

The casual experience:

New season = New units (seasons last about 3 months.)
These units have to be unlocked, leveled up, doctrines (Bonuses that are obtained through RNG. Getting perfect doctrines on something is the exception.) Can be CONVENIENCED by paying REAL LIFE money.

Congratz! If you just spent 6 weeks of a new season doing all that, you have a pretty OP unit for the remainder of the season, but rest assured the NEXT season will have a even more broken unit, along with a nerf for your current one, making it never relevant again.

GEAR:
On average if you have 2% chance to roll "Legendary" quality gear, your chance of rolling 1-25 "leadership" on the gear is even less. Meaning that Legendary gear with 25 leaderships is un-obtanium. Can be CONVENIENCED by paying REAL LIFE money.

The actual PVP:

Servers are slow, giving everyone bad latency.
Loss of players over the years has caused them to cross region all servers so that everyone can share in the suffering of bad lag.

The 'Conquest' game mode which is the main selling point of this game for competitive pvp is plagued by frequent bugs, errors of lack of service. Out of 12 weeks and 2 days a week of 'Territory wars' at least 6 are going to be canceled because "Oh no, something went wrong." So if you are a "House" and your two allied houses are primed and ready to go, that is at least 300 peopople JUST IN YOUR FACTION with nothing to do.

YOU CANNOT FART IN THIS GAME WITHOUT GETTING A MICROSTRANSACTION PROMPT!

Good parts:

Only game of its kind, that I know of.
Really competitive pvp community.
Mostly skillbased combat at high level.
Salty, toxic, delicious pvp drama.

Get this game but never spend a dime in the store. 5/10 recommended.

This game is a tech demo that makes you think "Boy I love this game, I wish someone could make it better and playable."

Replay Value: High
Style: Heavily focused around PvP - Hack n' Slash
Avoid: If you are looking strictly for PvE or Majority PvE

Pro:
* Dynasty warriors basically in a more advanced way for controls. Nothing like it other then massive battles.
* Choices definitely matter per battle and each battle can be unique. There are flavor of the month but I've never had a battle go the exact same way every time.
* Not a game that you can 100% collect everything (the free stuff) in one go. Literally, they designed it so you cannot do it so there is a sense of accomplishment, especially when you obtain your higher end units whether it be from the Troop Tree or completing the seasonal challenges for special units.
* Heavily focus' on group teamwork. Can be solo but it's more rough that way.

Con:
* Can be slightly P2W however, almost everything you can pay for IRL currency can be earned as well and it doesn't take long. Play the game and you'll unlock it.
* Your life can be rough in the open world without a house/alliance that actually has territory.
* There does appear to be a decent amount of bots in game. This can play in to winning or losing depending on what team the bots are on. The bots are terrible and easy to kill.
* Mid-Leveling (for your skill point attributes) you'll likely run in to an issue where you're just catching on and being matched with decent players. (It can be good for learning but frustrating always losing).

Summary:
There is more Pro's and a few more cons but Steam has a character limit. All in all, with the removal of the client and launcher giving threat detection issues, I'm all for this game. It's a fun rainy day game as well as a super fun hardcore game. There's a little for every type of PvPer here. It's hack n' slash so if you're good at dodging, blocking, or raw out big D damage, you'll do good even if your opponent is miles above you in level. More skill here.

If you are a PvE player, as mentioned I'd avoid this game but there are things you can do. It's a free game, might as well check it out. You could logically just PvE raiders, pick up supplies, craft/sell materials, and queue for PvE only matches to get your hero resources. Join an alliance and do only their fief quests and avoid Tuesday and Saturday territory war times. This will help out the alliance and yourself at the same time, it's a win-win situation.

Gioco finalmente degno di essere giocato.
