As long as the seals are in place: definitely Flame.
T3 and lower units are massively susceptible to fire dmg. Poison is technically better against heroes, but the unit is weak against them no matter what you pick anyway. Better take fire and play to the units strenghts than trying to remedy a weakness you won't be able to cover anyway.
