Dear Warlords,

Recently we have received a influx of comments and feedback from players pretaining to lag or technical issues within the game. We appreciate your vigilance around these issues, especially around connectivity or latency. In order for us to expedite reports and pin down issues faster, we need data that can help us target these issues, which unfortunately we are currently not getting enough of at this time which is preventing us in finding necessary solutions to the issues you are facing.

When reporting issues relating to latency, the information we need is:
- Date/Time of the issue
- What exactly happened (Did you stop moving? Did you freeze and then appear across the map?)
- If in a battle, what map and what mode? (Was it in Custom Lobby? Siege Battles? Ranked? Bandit Raids? Which Map?)
- The Server you are playing on
- Screenshots/videos if you have them! (You can post links to file sharing sites for ease of access)
- Game logs if the support team request these from you.

If you are still encountering issues in the most recent update, please submit a ticket to our support team where they will be able to go back and forth to try and identify and resolve the problem.

Direct contact with support is always the best solution - when they accumulate the necessary data, we can ensure progress is made towards optimising the game.
