I am inclined to agree with you. I love paladins, but they don't have a lot going for them. They need something that makes them worthwhile to field over any number of other units of comparable (and lower) leadership cost with more effectiveness in the field.
Love Paladins (And wish they were buffed, they were the first unit I when for)
But I am wondering How they just ignored the thunderstruck was all
They should not at all be the first infantry force into the fray.
Playing them with a friend, I've found that they are best paired with Tseregs, with the Tsereg charge doing heavy damage and knocking down, the Paladin adds just the right amount of 'umph' to the attack, and their heal helps keep Tseregs alive.
Paladins are struggling already; many people want to see a buff.
It's the battle prayer i think. who cares. AZAPS NEED a buff after the devs messed up the rework
In agreement, this probably happens if they use their heal ability, the animation of this ability will probably make them stand up.
I'll have to try it. I will return to this thread if I am able to verify it and someone else has not confirmed it.
