Ok, so gunners have the last skill that says 10% more damage in Urban Terrains, what I am asking is that urban Terrains are just cities with walls like the one we see in sieges or any place that has a bit of houses like villages in fields battles.

when battle starts it shows what terrain you are in

You mean it shows in writing if the place we are fighting is Urban Terrain or not? That would be nice to have, but I don't think I have ever seen any writing that says that.

each terrain type has a symbol beside mini map at unit choosing screen
