How to increase leadership?

Right now I am at 700 leadership and level 63 is there any way to increase it?

No, if you get items that are legendary (armor) some of them have +leadership

This is false.No need for legendary,armor blue and up can get leadership bonus.Perhaps even green? Not sure,never wasted my time with green crafting.Someone confirm/deny.

There is also a purple doctrine which can give leadership cost reduction for units

You can get leadership on green.

By crafting/reconditioning armor with blue schematics. Don't waste materials on green.
The leadership and armor tier (epic, legendary) is all RNG so you need luck. You might get a chest piece with 20 leadership on one try or no leadership at all after 4 attempts.
