Is resetting stats completely free or do you have limited free resets?

So, I know there is an item, personal history, that lets you reset attributes for free, but I've done a couple free attritbute resets when switching between weapons and have not seen a cost pop up yet. Do you now have unlimited free stat resets or is there a limited amount before you have to use personal histories?

Once per week as far as i know.

You get 1 Free reset every Sunday Evening. If you want to reset more often, you have to use the personal histories
