How do i increase my Leadership?

So i have 700 leadership but i want more, because now i have only 3 good units and 2 units on 40 leadership, Someone told me that i get leadership from armor bonuses, I crafted an armor 4 times i got the same bonuses, are the bonuses for a specific class? or i am just unlucky? What can i do else to increase my leadership?

the only way to increase it is to get lucky and get it as a bonus stat on armour pieces.
but theres sometimes medals(or whatever they are called) temporary for units sometimes that gives them less leadership requirement but they are temporary so they only last a few days but they do help a lot.

If you have the resources to spare and a lot of powdered silver you can recondition/craft new armor pieces. They increased the drop rate of leadership among other stats so you have a better chance right now than any of us had before.

all you gotta do is recondition ur gear and you get leadership eventuelly i tried in new season and 2 out of 10 recondition got leadership

remember when you recondition you get 2 choices instead of 1
when you craft you only get 1!
