What is Gamecentre uploading at 20mb/s?

I was playing Conquerors Blade earlier and closed it down.
Several hours later I checked Task Manager and Gamecenter is sitting there uploading at over 20mb/s.
What on earth is it doing?
Ive heard about people worried about malware etc, this behaviour certainly looks well suspect and whilst I love the game Im seriously consider binning it.

Or is it just distributing its install via peer to peer? If so it can go **** itself, its not using my connection to do that.

It's downloading a trojan horse, slowly infecting your pc and transferring all your personal data. including the most vital of all... your porn history. In about ~72 hrs of time you will get a phone call. They will try to blackmail you, and informing your wife of all the porn you ever downloaded. If you don't follow their instructions they will release it to all your contacts.. but worst of all your girlfriend, fiancee or wife. Whatever you do. Don't follow their instructions. You're screwed either way. As a matter of fact just by reading this you will be vulnerable to all sorts of maliciousness. Perhaps it's too late. If you don't hear from me. They've destroyed my life. Unplug all your internet sockets right now....

Anyways. Be sure your launcher is closed in Steam: "playing CQB"

Don't worry it's just peer to peer file sharing of game files, you can disable it as seen in the above link ^^
