MyCom Gamecenter won't install update

[Doctor Scrimmage]

It downloads a small update but when i click on install it says either the client doesn't have acess to change game files or the game is already running. tried verifying via steam and client(ladder won't work for the same reason), restarted pc and steam several times, even deleting the game and installing again won't work..

it worked fine for me just a few days ago
