My character has disappeared, has there been a reset of all characters?

I don´t play since 23 of february, today i entry and advice about the corrupt file appear, but the game launch, then i had to create a new character from level 1, so annoying :S

I just started playing yesterday and mine is gone too. I am definitely on the right server. I checked all of them just to be sure. None of them have my character.

After a few week, i just entried the game and now i entried with my "old" accounter after level up a new acc 2 months, the server was right, everything was right i don´t understand what´s really happen

Dealing with this right now i just suggest reaching out to a lawyer cause this the 3rd time something like this happened to me and this time they actually deleted my character for no absolute reason and I’ve read the terms I’m about run this company dry the way they just did me

there was an account transfer going on with the publisher change if u were using the my games launcher
