my.com client wont launch

yes im aware im posting this in steam but i cant find the dang my.com CB forums sooooooo here i am.

so basically ive got my play button on the gamecenter, i press it, gamecenter shows me it starting to launch, then gamecenter minimizes, the game opening popups close, and the game never actually opens. i check my task manager and it ramps up then just dissappears. oddly enough i CAN launch the game from the proven_ground_client executable but that launches the game in what im assuming is chinese and i cant understand what im reading enough to actually log in, and even when i DO think im logging in properly, i can only assume the message thats popping up is telling me my account info is wrong. long story short, launch from gamecenter and the game just never opens, no black screen, no errors, the game simply just doesnt start. any thoughts people?

NOPE! no solution, no response, nothing. but when the headstart period came around, it started working sooooooo idk

Mi solucion.

Cleaning Temporary Files

Simultaneously press the Windows logo and R keys.
Type %temp%
Press Enter key.
Delete everything in the Temp folder that opens. You can skip undeleted.

Again, Simultaneously press the Windows logo and R keys.
Type temp
Press Enter key.
Delete everything in the folder that opens.
Again, Simultaneously press the Windows logo and R keys.

Type prefetch
Press Enter key.
Delete everything in the Prefetch folder that opens.
Finally, empty the Recycle Bin

after I click the play button in the gamecenter the game never actually opens. In the taskmanager there is a process with 12 % CPU and 192 MB memory usage running but thats it.

No launcher here - launcher quickly without ♥♥♥♥♥. Game is better in many aspects - so enjoy!

Went from EU Conquerors blade to Frontier - the differences is just amazing even starting from tutorials...

Just dont waste time on my.com so called F2P and buy a proper game which is actually working (except maybe few bugs which are not gamebreaking).

(if something isnt working for you - can always ask for refund, if the play times is less then 2 hours)

I found a simple fix asking our alliance discord. For those using steam to launch my.com may have to verify files in steam. Right click on the game in the library>properties> "Local Files" Tab> Verify integrity of game files. Let that run and it will fix anything that was corrupted, needs updating or gone missing. Fixed it for me. Once you start again it will run the first time start up and should run.

did that, i can get the client to open as first time set up but then the game stalls out on Logging In...

No, I had to create a new character and etc with that. But I just had to confirm if it was just steam or was it the entire game. So least now I know... Steam/My.com need to fix this

Same problem. But I can't get the launcher to stay open unless I uninstall and the first run after installing I have the logging in problem with game center. If I close and relaunch it doesn't even start up.

thank you very much mate. your solution worked. I couldnt start the game today so that was pretty lucky that you posted the solution 8h ago.

Steam just reinstall gamecenter client and everything is fine now
