my.com client wont launch
yes im aware im posting this in steam but i cant find the dang my.com CB forums sooooooo here i am.

so basically ive got my play button on the gamecenter, i press it, gamecenter shows me it starting to launch, then gamecenter minimizes, the game opening popups close, and the game never actually opens. i check my task manager and it ramps up then just dissappears. oddly enough i CAN launch the game from the proven_ground_client executable but that launches the game in what im assuming is chinese and i cant understand what im reading enough to actually log in, and even when i DO think im logging in properly, i can only assume the message thats popping up is telling me my account info is wrong. long story short, launch from gamecenter and the game just never opens, no black screen, no errors, the game simply just doesnt start. any thoughts people?

Did you already try to verify your game data? And could it be that an anti virus program is blocking the game/connection?

i'm having a similar issue....i click "play" to launch game, but as the screen comes up, it goes blank. As if its stuck between the Steam and the actual game.

anti virus program not blocking the game

verified and reinstalled multiple times, no change. and i dont use antivirus because im not an idiot who downloads shady ♥♥♥♥ lol so thats never a problem for me.

Same problem here man, I logged a ticket, maybe try updating your video drivers, didn't work for me but who knows may work for you

Fun fact when I verify my game data there's a public IP address it tests I can't ping I logged that in a ticket and go no reply yet

Do you mind verify and see if you have the se problem with being unable to ping the IP address it tries to talk to

drivers already updated as well. did that before i even bought my access pack

i wouldnt even know where to start with that m8 afaik mine just shows me a progress bar that says "verifying game files" and that its

It could be a resolution error as well. Could you go to your documents -> Conqueror's Blade and check the data in chaos_render_settings.xml?

Hey Player,

I can see Chibs is trying to help you out, have you also considered making a customer support ticket too? That way you reach out to our IT/Support team and if they can't get it resolved, then you can inquire further help with your purchase since you can't play at the moment?

Lol I put in a ticket, they said maybe gfx drivers updated still no luck. Didn't get a reply after that to after the close beta well this run
Oo well ♥♥♥♥ happens

I spend a lot of time reading around and it looks like this bug only seems to happen to those using steam and its been around from December

Which would be right cos I'm sure I could play last beta because of this bug lol


I just hope it gets fix by fix beta, if not ooo well I will make a new ticket do more reading on the web

After all its what betas are for finding bugs, lol just ♥♥♥♥ I have spend like 10 hours to work out what's causing this,

But Yay beta lol still from the small amount of time I have had its been great
