That chinese program that asks for permission on start up completely messed my PC up

While playing the game and this has never happened before with CB or any other game but my PC would randomly just shut of and restart out of no where. Had to do a recovery reinstall the game and this time around i canceled it didn't give it permission to do anything and guess what? the game started up perfectly. So now i can't help but wonder what the program even is if the game doesn't need it to run.

i just wanted to warn people they can cancel it and the game will work fine. It totally Fed my PC up restarted about 8 times before i was finally like f this and did the recovery. since then it's been fine.

Which program do you mean exactly. Do you have a screenshot?

That would be an older communication program that is still in the client. It shouldn't cause any problems.

no i don't it only shows up when you first start the game for the CBT after it installs the updates. After i canceled it, it hasn't showed up again. It has some lil bright blue bear or something as the icon and all the lettering is in chinese so i have absolutely no idea what it was. But it isn't getting on my PC i'll tell you that right now. It wasn't there for any of the other tests and now it is.

i don't think so there literally weren't any english letters in it so i have absolutely no idea what it was i probably should've taken a screenshot but was in such a rush before work to see if it actually worked or not after the recover.

In my case it is not detected but stopped the game.
