Am I the only one with unstable ping?

I am playing in west server one and I frequently have unstable ping.
My internet is ADSL I have about 5 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload.
While playing conquerors blade widout doing anything else besides having discord open my ping is very frequently not stable.
Is it my internet or is server lag or is it because of the distance from me to the server?
I live in Portugal.
Am I the only one with ping instability?

First, is your connection itself stable. With that limited connection lag spikes are common. Even windows itself checking updates while you play can freeze your game.

I live in Washington State, in the US, and when I try to play siege battles my connection gets really ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up, like literally 50k ping ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up. But it doesn't disconnect me or anything.

I have no idea how or why, since in the past I have been able to play and I haven't changed anything. Figured I'd just put this here in case anyone else is the same.

I havnt even been able to play anything that pvp wise start a match about 30s stable 30p to 60p then goes strate up to 9k+ only in pvp content sitting in main hub no lag doing my own thing pve no lag but the moment I totch anything pvp wise 9k+ping I gave up I have no lag what so ever on any other game even games were im playing with around 200 peaple but this game a simple pvp match its unplayable so I uninstalled the game after I tryed everything I could spend more time trying to fix the lag than acaul time I spent in game lol

There is a thing called "dosed" i think its called. Its when the server gets pinged very fast by hackers. I am certain its happening in this game, or something very similar. Lag is being modified basically. I got no doubts about this. How its being done i am not sure.

Doing my best to explain but i dont really know. Damage and gameplay has been messed up many matches and playing alot lately it seems to be related to lag and not randomly.

Since yesterday i have a lot of ping isues, log in problem with steam, 25secs of lags, etc. Clearly is not my problem. Maybe they're having server isses? Mhm
