Security Check Failed, then Steam Authentication Failed

Installed and played the game yesterday with no issues.

Tried launching today, the client ran an update.

The first error message I got was "Security Check Failed", and whenever I clicked "Play" inside the Conqueror's Blade client, the message would reappear and the game would not launch.

I closed the client and launched Conqueror's Blade from Steam again, which cleared that security check error, but now I get a "Steam Authentication Failed - Please try relaunching the game from Steam" error and the Conqueror's Blade client shuts down.

Any fixes for this? If not what's the best way to report this to the team?

I had an issue with launching it. try going into your computer files and find the game's launcher. Run as admin. worked for me.

i played fine until the update. Now I too am getting the Securtity check failed message not the steam message thankfully

Normally I just close the launcher when this happens and try again and it works. Can take a couple times. Also make sure your mycom launcher is open and don't close it I noticed that maybe if you close the launcher then it does that.
