Armor breaks?

just wondering if armor breaks after long term use and repairs?

it does you have to salvage it to get scraps back and try and make a new set you will see every time u repair items the durability degrades.

Armor seems to degrade by 1 point where some classes and there weapons can degrade by like 30plus durability from it so some items can degrade depending on class faster then other from repairs so defintly some thing you have to manage and becareful about.

I personal hate the system and cause of the system I dont even want to bother trying for higher quality items other then green cause its just too random and hard to get the resources to craft items im barely able to keep my self with green items from how rare hero gear iron is or other resources cause once u run out of them u are in big trouble and stuck with level 15 vendor items.

Yes armor breaks but it's kind of slow.

At the opposite we have weapons and with them comes the biggest joke ever.... (sadly)

It depend how much you use your weapon during a fight, so for slow weapons it's kind of "ok", but the worst one is definitely the Short Bow...
Did some test with a friend, we bought simple lvl 15 weapons, goal was to see when his weapon will be yellow in comparaison of my short bow. The system is stupid as ♥♥♥♥ honnestly.
Changed 3 times my weapon.... so if you decide to play a quick weapon you are even more ♥♥♥♥♥♥ than any other weapons, cause you have to repair it more often AND rebuy or rebuild it....
For a white / green weapon it's fine, but what about epic & legendary weapons... there's no reason at all why people playing one class should deal with losing 3 time faster their weapon.

All of this started from an impression, cause i really felt i had to repair every 3 matches.

They really need to do something about that, if they really want that items break then just a fix durability loss number like -10 or 20 % durability after each game and repairing make you lose 1 max durability point (above 50%) and -2 (under 50%).
Ofc same thing for every single weapon.

You can add to all of this Heavy Armors vs Light Armors, Heavy have 2x times the durability of light armors. I guess it's cause heavy armors are supposed to be the "tanks" but in reality everybody is hit the same number of time. People hide in their units and just go in and back after their combo.
So at the end of the day heavy armor last longer than light ones, before repairing but also in time.

The system is asinine and pointless. Literally just make your weapons repairable and remove the stupid condition system. Why the hell would you punish people for playing your game. Its already hard enough trying to get materials. "oh look at my shiny new weapon! too bad i can't use it cus condition deterioration hur dur ha ha ha ha"

Yup my bow broke mid game... Let's just say I couldn't fight back....

Hope they remove the condition system or at the very least make durability go down based on the number of matches you do.

Absolutely disgusting system which should be revised. This and the resuplying of units is just retarded (I mean by resuplying with bows, etc.).
Back to the topic, as stated above, at least give as option to repair demaged items and the deteration rates should be even for all. Faster weapons should sunffer because of this. Honestly, I tried ONLY epic weapon (bow) and it just costs around 500 bronze coins for siege match and I charged my shots often!

Alright this sucks.... and that is the end off this game for me then.
That is totally absurd to keep grinding for "reconditioning" materials if you just enjoy the pvp battle aspect of the game.

I am a new player and enjoy this game but the weapon/armor condition system is crazy useless! I like to play the game but it forces me to NOT use my best weapon/armor because it will break and no way to recondition it.

I have been told that if you repair after every match it degrades slower. I have no idea if this is true though.

dont listen to them, getting materials to recondision weapons is easier than winning a siege, you just go to horse seller, buy 500/400 bronze green horse gear and salvage it for materials (including powdered silver for rare weapons) weapon/armor schematics arent a problem, once the new season star, you will be able to buy alot of them for seasonal currency, it will be WAY enought to let you use your weapon and armor until next season. Condition system is poitless, becouse it's so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ easy to repair it that it just becomes formality.

Sounds like it is a bad system if they have to turn it into a formality does it not? You are right though it can mostly be ignored with all the seasonal loot we get.

yes it is bad, IF the reconditioning could be done only when weapon is at 25℅ original condition or less, and it wouldn't worse rarity than the weapon is, i could accept it, but right now reconditioning has propably same RNG as crafting.

You get plenty of Bronze from doing matches. Repair costs for your items are hardly noticeable.

Wait until you need to make T4/T5 unit kits. Those are really expensive.

You sound like you are a dev of this game. Bronze coin yeah easy to get with siege battles. Materials are time consuming but still you can get enough of them if you grind a full day in expedition.
But tell me now. How the big F word you are supposed to get the big F ing schematic that easily? Please enlighten me, I really so big F ing need it. and here is it. 1 F ing armor piece costs 40k silver coins and they are not that easy to obtain. So how am I supposed to get that ha?
