Report a translation problem
1 - Classes are not OP. Glaive and Poleaxe are ment for clearing waves. They do not have the strenght to 1v1 classes like Shortsword and shield or Assassins, wich means Deatchmatches are usually won by those 1v1 focused classes. I can see you complain about the XP gain tough. They need to improve the gain of XP using troops to balance that aganist Glaives, Poleaxes and Spears.
2 - There's no Stunlock, EVERYCLASS has interrupt stun mechanics that you can use. If you get stunlocked, you are probably going foward too much and overextending your attacks.
3 - De gear downgrading sucks, but only for Late game players. It ballances the game in deathmatches since that lvl 120 is almost equal in stats to the lvl 60. Both will be wearing Blue/Green since Legendary/Purple are not worth using. Also, I got 3 Blue Glaives by playing siege, so If you just play normaly, you will get Blue gear to compensate.
4 - Since it doesn't have a competitive mode, Matchmaking is pointless. I mean, I too get pissed off if I'm in the team who has 13 lvl 30 and the other team has 5 lvl 100+. But it happens. It can be dealt. You have to sort your troops based on that. I personally always use the initial Cavalary troop to ♥♥♥♥ those guys up, since almost every infantry/ranged troop die in one charge.
5 - This sucks alot. The whole open world mechanic sucks alot, tbh. But it's an Asian MMO, I expected that from the Beggining, since I played Black Desert Alot, and BDO has that "alliance" mechanic where if you are not part of the big leagues, forget the Castle Siege. Maybe with the territory change it will fix this. Cause there are LOTS of terrytoris in other regions free from alliances.
6 - Genderlock is basic in an Asian MMO, but they said they'll remove it soon. :)

8 - When you have a BIG MAP you risk the game getting Boring. I'll give you DAYZ as an example. In DAYZ you can walk for hours to only see one or two players in distance. This can suck balls if you intend, for example, to create a Bounty hunter house, that hunts people for Ressources. The game is based in Medieval Oriental Battles, so if your house is small and can't get a FIEF, go to the open world in a group of 5, and Gank people outside for Ressources. Make a Bandit house and be happy. :D
The Mount and Blade feel is great. I am having a awesome time ( except for Servers!!!! ).
Being friendless in the game kinda blow but i can't bring myself to just join any zerg of strangers..
In time the reputation and houses / fraction all progress. just like M&B.. Go from bandit to hired blade > xxxxxx
Its not like M&B though.
There are no faction leader npcs or other interesting npcs to equip or factions warring each other to join in with and things like that.
Both the games do need to make magic great again to be as great as Skyrim though.

Only to this point, one of the shields can throw you down which acts as a stun, but can't be broken by stunrecover.
Don't know you, But my glaive has 2 skills that can recover from that.
The Developers are hacks after they abandoned their online game tonight.
Bug or not, it doesn't work.
Maybe you are overextending your attacks. Every stunbreak in this game doesn't work if you use an hability that is imune to stuns like the fire grenade or the kick to the ground on the musketeers.
Might want to restructure it.
I said i can't break a stun with using my stunrecover while beeing stunned by one specific ability.
E: after rereading it many times i guess you wanted to say that stunrecovery doesn't let you recover from beeing stunned by some abilities as ex liquid fire form a musket.
Which is exactly what i pointed out.
