doom3ded?

for the dedicated server, I don't have a file to start it. Shouldn't it be included or something? I can't find it anywhere, trying to play opencoop.

1) choose french language
2) go to game dir and rename doom3ded.exe to doom3ded_.exe
3) switch back to english..
