Any other action-horror FPS game ?

Is there any other action-horror FPS game similar to Doom 3 ?

The only one that I know are the human campaigns in Aliens vs Predator games.(That have jump scare moments alongside monster-killing sections)

- Clive Barker's Jericho
- Condemned & Condemed Bloodshot
- Metro 2033 & Metro Last Light
- Nightmare House 2

Have you played Clive Barker's Undying? It's a great game in my opinion.

At this point, many people is recommending me that game.
I'll need to play it one day. I have in on my wishlist on GOG.
Besides that I played Jericho and I loved it. I bought a key for it on March and I don't regret it. One of the coolest experiences I had on a Single Player FPS.

Funny that I forgot to mention Fear games since I slready played those.(Guess human enemies in those games made me forget the horror moments)

It's good that many people are (not is, btw) recommending the game because it is really good and not appreciated enough. I'll have to try Jericho.

Not quite. Doom 3 was made by id Software, Quake 4 was made by Raven Software.

I will list examples of the "Atmospheric Lonely Journey"-type game that have varying levels of Horror:

> F.E.A.R. and its two expansions Extraction Point and Perseus Mandate.
> F.E.A.R. 2
> BioShock
> BioShock 2
> Half-Life 2 and its two expansions

Other possibilities that I haven't played yet (but look forward to):

Also, I have to add Dead Space, even though it's Third Person. Just making sure you're aware of it, lol.

Late to the party, but Dead Effect is a small indie game that's a port of a mobile FPS.
This doesn't sound very appealing but it's very clearly inspired by Doom 3 and has a lot of heart and soul put into it, I enjoyed playing it even with its simplicity

Thanks. I've already have both Cold Fear and Return to castle wolfenstein and enjoyed playing them.

Haven't played those other 2, but I'll check them out when I get the time.
