Anyone else think the vagary looks more like it belongs in the Quake universe rather than Doom

Not all demons need to be cybernetic. Although I'm not sure why the Spider wasn't a Spider Mastermind in a larger room.

It is also supposedly the creator of the Mancubus. Not sure how since the Mancubus do use cybernetics though. A Spider Mastermind would also be more logical for this.

What I mean is it is quite Vore like in its appearnace so looks like it could be the the Queen vore so I could imagin it as a Queen vore boss in quake

Yes they could be something from Quake, yet again though, simply another demon design that could be used with either I guess.

I think during development of "Doom 3", I think an early Arachnotron design, via "concept art", was available to view on the internet. but why it wasn't included in the actual game itself, considering the Mancubus, Revenant, Pinky Demon, and the Cyberdemon are the only hellspawn that uses cybernetic parts.

Sarge definitely belonged in quake rather than doom. Cherubs and Vulgars don't mix with dooms style well either.
