sikkmod saves compatible with absolute hd saves

Are the sikkmod 1.1 saves compatible with the absolute hd mod? Because i'm expierencing a very bad crash when ever the door opens to mars city after the portal opens. So, if i'm going to get passed that crash, i'm going to need a save that is already passed that part.
