can't jump off bin and land on ledge in order proceed with game. I'm Stuck! Please help?????????

Just extract the top right box and wait for it to come down, then put it back in the same place with the terminal and jump on it quick, and you just wait for it to be next to the edge of the wall and jump.

I'm stuck there now. As soon as I entered the room box number 1 was loaded by itself before I touched anything. When I pressed each numbered button of a box on the wall the first time an arrow appeared next to the number but nothing else happened. All of the other numbers, including 1, just gives an error tone. No matter which number I press the arm doesn't ever move.

EDIT: Just after posting this i accepted something must have glitched. Used noclip to get up to the hole and then kept playing like usual. I advise anyone else who encounters this bug to do the same.
