Different version of Doom 3 Hell levels?

Nearly every walkthrough I've seen online shows the Hell levels ending after recovery of the soul cube where you're teleported back to the beginning to exit Hell.

In Our Last Hope, the Hell levels continue on. I'm using the Perfected Doom 3 mod. Did the mod add that extra content?

Yes. The vanilla game ends the hell levels after you obtain the soul cube.

It's been a while, so my memory is a little vague, how do you defeat the cyberdeamon in hell then, if the levels end after getting it?

Cyberdemon is after that.

The Doomguy warps back to Mars, and you go to this archaeological dig site which eventually opens to this arena where you fight the Cyberdemon using the soul cube

Ahh Ok, Like I said, been a while, the probably the last time I played it was BFG edition.
