How to link to Slayers Club account?

I am trying to unlock the three classic Doom Marine skins for Eternal.
How do I link my Slayer's Club account to this game?

To put it simply, you don't. This game was published in the Activision era of id Software's history.

Fat chance. You still need the 2019 Bethesda.net version of DOOM 3. But if you don't care about the skin BFG is the same and better than the 2019.

so i can do it only with bethesda net edition? Why i cant get skin with steam version?

Because they never update any of the DOOM 3 games on Steam. Also now the version with the skin is on Xbox gamepass for PC
