Report a translation problem
For the shotgun itself, I tried to balance it against other weapons, namely the neighboring pistol and machinegun. All guns were rebalanced, so it is all that more relative.
EDIT:
But I can see how your point was to make it a shotgun fest, which is nice.
Balance is mostly untouched.
EDIT: Nvm, that was due to another mod I loaded, all's good now.
But by what I saw in the footage, the game did get kinda easier with that insta kill on common foes.
EDIT: Yes, this is how I always wanted it to be, later levels of the game also give you less shotgun ammo, which is good and lets you experiment with other guns. I'm surprised they didn't do this for the BFG Edition.
