Early on in one of the testing labs, one of the scientist logs detail a man suddenly becoming "Entranced" and mumbling to himself before stumbling back into a particle beam that destroys most of his brain. The disgust and horror in the scientists tone while detailing the accident is creepy enough but he contineus to ellaborate how the poor bastard was still trying to speak despite losing much of his brain, which the scientist tries to brush off as "Reflex Actions" in an unconvinced tone, like he's trying to calm himself down and try his best to move on from the horrific incident.

But my personal favorite is the one you find in hell, where it details the only survivor of a survey team as he tries to cope with his new surroundings after his whole team just "Vanished". I loved how his rational quickly evaporates over the course of the logs as he steadily decends into an incouncilable mess, certainly one of my favorite and most memorable logs in general.

another creepy one is from Henry Nelson, found in Alpha Labs-Area 4. and in it, he mentions how he keeps hearing voices while working on some equipment, but he found nothing when looking around the area
