Skip Level Cheat Code due to Porting Kit Limitations

I'm running this game using Porting Kit (+wine) from a Mac M2. I haven't been able to figure how to fix the save/load screen. I'm trying to find a way to choose the level I want to play. I've tried using the F10 cheat console with skip_level and FORGEOFF but these don't work. Other cheats like azerim_sophia do work but I want to play the levels without health and invincibility features. I just don't want to always start from level 1 when opening the game.

I remember I found the code to skip levels to the desire one and it worked but I don't remember the code. Does anyone have the skip level cheat code for this PC version?
