Bug in Shambala Sanctuary

In the Shambala Sanstuary, I can't pick up the seal. Did anyone else have or had the same problem? Did you solve it?

When I come across a glitch or a bug like this, I would just restart the level.

I could solve it but I don' t remember exactly how. I recommend loading the last save from previous level and starting Shambala Sanctuary again. I had to play that level a few times until it worked.
Just a piece of information: I encountered other bugs during the game, it's tedious.

Thank you for the response! Yeah the bugs are seriously tedious. I ended up just downloading someone's saved games and skipping the level after re-doing the level like 5 times lol

The game has a bug in the point of the seal but the solution will be sought only when you will not be able in any way to take the seal and you will be forced to redo the level.
The bug is that the room where the seal is kept is found open but it should actually be closed and you should get to the seal room via the previous room. The two rooms in fact communicate through the roof. There is a secret passage which is accessed by climbing to the roof from the bed in the previous room. You'll also find an ingot before heading back down to the seal room. At that point, before you do anything, take the seal and you should be able to do it without problems.
