Grace?

Is there a good karma way to complete that part of the quest? Getting her out of the house? I've been messing around but can't find a way.

I went back to the mayor and he just asked if I did it yet. Do I have to do her request before I accept the quest?

edit; I went back again and got a different option somehow! Woo! Thank you for your help!

I still cannot get the Mayor to say anything but 'is it done yet'. I talked to the Mayor first, got the papers and then talked to Grace, so is there no way to get around this? I can't drop the papers. Any other options?

Have you been to her statue? It's down on the beach and her signature should be on that!

I'm also having this problem, talked to the mayor, got the papers, asked Grace both options, returned to the mayor, he only asks for the signature, went to the statue, got the signature, returned to the mayor and only got the option to turn in the signature. Nothing about trying to help Grace.
