Mayor safe code

I'm stuck on Wheeler Dealer and i've tried all the prices on the cars. I even tried going highest to lowest with all the prices. I don't know what the code is nor how to figure it out.

Take a closer look at the prices on the cars, and remember the advice the car salesman gave you. Start High, end Low.

Thanks alot, I had know clue the underlined numbers at all. The thing is i'm glad that the developers helped with this. It shows that you guys really care about your community.
