Quest and endings? (spoilers)
Does getting the angel ending require you skip certain quests that sort of lean towards bad karma? For example, beating up animals for science, and the beating up guys at the beach for followers?

You have to do ALL the main quests and complete them the "good" way and have maximum town karma at the end.

How in the world do you finish the "science" quest in a good way???

The science quest isn't a main mission. He's a side mission.
