Feedback after completing the game
Hi devs, I've just completed my first playthrough and am on my second one currently. I love it! Really enjoyed the story. I do have a couple of feedback.

1. Inventory button and bat gets unequipped when picking up items
I didn't like the choice of middle mouse button for inventory. As I always use a bat to destroy junk, after picking it up, the bat gets unequipped. This results in me having to open the inventory multiple times especially when collecting junk on the beach. Having the bat staying equipped would be nice.

2. Infinite time
On the 1st day, if you choose not to stay at home after tucking in your child, the time stops at 7pm forever. By constantly leaving and entering the house, you can grind XP by completing the chores. Found this because I was trying to collect more junk on the first day when the happiness bar is not active yet.

Oh one more thing is, I passed out just as i entered my house at the end of 2nd day. This resulted in me having to play day 2 again (UI shows day 2). But quests i've completed remain completed, and the house missions continued like usual. (for example, on this 2nd day 2, i had the get medicine quest which supposed to happen on day 3). It was like the world and house quests were out of sync and the board wasn't there on the day i received the happiness quest.

i died, haha. didn't complete all the quests first time round. i assume i need to complete them all and make good decisions for good ending. that's what i'm currently trying.

Just finished my 3rd run. Devil ending!! So satisfying, haha. I have gotten Angel and Maggie's demise ending earlier.


Found a couple of bugs:
1. Gun dropping then disappeared when picking up items
I was hunting in snow area where i killed animals with the pistol. When i picked up the loot, my gun was dropped onto the ground. After a couple of times, the gun disappeared.

2. Day 19 debt
When i wake up in my bedroom, the UI shows debt paid. However, when i exit the house, it actually isn't and i can pay it. Doesn't really matter at this point since it's the last day, but just wanted to point it out.

3. Forced to talk to partner and child in the house
Not really a bug, but a minor annoyance? When I'm moving around the house, if i pass by my partner or child, sometimes it triggers a conversation. Because it's my 3rd run already, i was skipping all dialogue. It would be nice to have these conversation to be triggered manually after 1st playthrough.

4. Muggers scene
Is it really required to have the scene when I encounter a mugger? Feels that it's too long when I am encountering at least 1 a day from day 2 onwards.


Lastly, my thoughts on this 3rd run. I felt it was even easier to make money this time round since i went devil route. I completed all the quests, did shady missions in early game, and didn't work at the burger joint at all except for day 1. Since i didn't have to be concerned with karma, i also hunted for more income.

Also, i still haven't found that elusive last lost page. Even though i have searched the entire map for it. Can't figure out where I have not looked. Urgh

Hey, apologies if I'm sort of squatting posts, I didn't want to start my own as I've just posted about something different. Been playing this at a friend's, and will definitely purchase it for my own account. Been having a blast with it, and I appreciate the subtle representation with the choice at the very beginning of who to talk to.

Minor feedback also, maybe for the Taxi perk, you could include a copy of the Taxi at some key points like out in the diner/lake area, maybe by the letter name sign area. I presume the other locations I've yet to unlock are also roughly as expansive as the diner/lake area, and would also suggest those if they are. I'm not sure if that would be terribly hard to code as it seems to be a zone transition equivalent to the front door gated behind the perk unlocking... and if it is, I apologize, but thought it would be a good note if it's not too much trouble because not having access to taxis at really far areas when you've spent a lot of perk points to get it is a bit underwhelming.
