I hope I once will be able to play those games..

I baught 2 video's on steam before, And I didn't seam to have them a few day's after when i checked to watch them again. If I bought the bundle is it only temporary or permanent?

After making the purchase from Steam store, I proceed to click the watch button but only to be greeted with a message saying "This video requires a license to play which cannot be retrieved.". I tried updating everything, restart, contact support, all to no avail. So I basically feel scammed, paid, gain access to nothing, and no refund available. Could anyone advice on what can I do? ...
