Go to Documents/My Games/Farningsimulator2011/mods.
Just drag and drop, some zip files you may need to unzip. There is often a tutorial with zip or the website before you download. Good luck

If there is no mods folder, simply create one in the "My Documents/My Games/FarmingSimulator2011/" path. So it would go like this after you create the folder in that path: "My Documents/My Games/FarmingSimulator2011/Mods".
