How can I open xp3.sig file?

Good luck with that. It's all encrypted. They don't want people changing things. Well, I'm pretty sure it can be done, but it doesn't seem to be the easiest thing.

In any case, your language is Vietnamese, right? It looks like there's already a patch for that[vndb.org]. Though I can't vouch for its quality.
