First impressions are generally positive.

It works! Hooray!

But it crashes a lot. It goes to black screen , then you're only alternative is to close the app, but then it crashes again. I tried rebooting the phone, and it worked for 3 rounds of single player. Fingers are crossed.

Also, the app generates a lot of heat and drains the battery. Keep your eye on the battery meter while playing.

For those times when I can't get to my computer, this app is terrific. But I won't be playing on the iPhone for hours at a time.

Some players are still having black screens so I'll post an update.

The iPhone app normally needs other apps to be closed to run. I close all other apps. Maybe it can run with just Safari idk.

So I upswipe pause at the home page, then upswipe all apps. Open the A&A app, and usually I can play. If I get black screen when opening a game, or at anytime, I close the A&A app using the upswipe pause. The app works after that.

Those with black screens on iPhones - can I ask you to try opening a single-player game in offline mode? Does it make any difference?

I don't see a difference between single player and online ranked. If I have 20 apps running in the background, I get black screed when I try to open either type of game. If all other apps are closed, both types of play run smoothly, until I close a game and try to open another.

i can't imaging playing on iphone....i don't even like playing on laptop....i need big monitor and mouse.....or my eyes are just getting to bad ; )
glad option is there.
it might be fun if you can play on pc and also play same game or view game on different platforms
