Stuck in Mobilization

Hi, One of my games is stuck in mobilization. It's generated a bunch of tickets, was hoping for a response, but now trying more directly. Only four hours till forfeit. Is there a reason it's hanging up? I've played plenty before, but never had this problem. -S.

If you haven't already done it, posting a ticket here has gotten me a response usually within a few hours. I haven't done it on a weekend though, so not sure about that.

My second and third tries at the game are both stuck in mobilization. Going through all the hassle of getting out, turning my computer off and then on again, got me past it only for the same problem to block me one country's turn later. I now can't play at all.

If you mention the name of the game in question, and grab some screenshots and post them here ( using imgbb or similar web hosting site ) that might be helpful for the devs. Also I suggest manually posting a help ticket at the link in this thread in the post above yours.

Have you actually tried to hold the button to proceed to the next phase? If you played the game in the past, you might be unfamiliar with this new approach where you have to hold the button, not just click it.

Thank you Julius - I have tried to hold the button, I've tried pretty much everything. At the moment of mobilization, I cannot "open" a stack of new forces to send them anywhere.

And thank you Ris - I have sent through an email, but I'll send the same message through to the link you suggest. I did see that at least one other player has had the problems I'm having.

And to everyone: a work-around that isn't great (the game still often won't let me do bombing raids on production centres, just bombing raids on troops), but which generally works is to exit the game entirely, re-sign in, and then play one country until the same jam occurs.

Hmm, really interesting (and bad). Can you by chance record it in OBS and share a link? Also, list your system. Appreciate it.

Hello Julius - I will see if I can use OBS. I've not used it before. I just did manage to capture the problem using my Mac's QuickTime in low resolution, which has given me an 18 MB file. I should be able to email that to you at the developer's email address, if you wish. My system is Mac OS 10.14.6.

I should mention too that there are other odd things that may be part of the same issue: my bombers can almost never do strategic bombing runs, even though they are well within range of the cities. The system only lets my bombers target ground troops. And my fighter planes (seemingly only in the Pacific) cannot attack islands or the enemy fighter aircraft associated with those islands.

I am getting a Windows computer set up in the next few days, and will try the game with that, and will report back if I get any similar problems, or no.

I am having this same issue in MacOS. It's intermittent and happens across all mobilizations. AAOS-220905 is a ticket I submitted but am finding it after both uninstalling the game and reinstalling multiple times, restarting the computer, etc. Selecting units to deploy in mobilization does not work at random and causes the game to be stuck broken in that phase.

I had the same issue already in the tutorial. Refunded.

This happened to me 4 or 5 times in the past.

I didn't know this could still happen and I am not sure what causes it. I haven't experienced it in so long.

Just bought the game and was stuck in the tutorial's mobilization phase. The 3 units to mobilize didn't show up, so I couldn't finish the tutorial at first.
Restarted the game, the units showed up and I could deploy them.
Really annoying.

This needs fixing!

Yeah, that is a bug that sometimes happens, but only in the Tutorial.
