We use the rules designed for the board game Axis & Allies 1942, 2nd Edition. https://media.wizards.com/2015/rules/AA_1942_rules.pdf
E.g. I'm the UK with transports in the Baltic Sea and a tank in Germany, which USA & I have seized. I attempt to move the tank in Germany into the Baltic States, and instead the game apparently thinks I clicked to move it onto a transport (even though normally you can't load transports this way!) - so now I have a "hanging" move that wasn't a combat move.
What it should do when I click end combat: say something like "you moved a unit onto a transport and didn't unload it - this is not a combat move".
What it actually does: with no warning forces my tank back to Germany against my will and say "We fixed your transport move for you."
