Custom Game Expanded

We need the ability to do a full scale custom setup where players take turns claiming territories and placing their units to try different start scenarios other than 1942. Or at least bring the other years as an option to use as a starting setup. Thanks

I would love a 1941 or 1940 setup
But I would be really interested in
- a more expanded board (e.g. Europe/Pacific/global 1940)
- development dice
- full unit range (strategic bombers, mechanised infantry)
- harbours, airfields and associated rules (scrambling and double hit AC/BB repairs in harbour only)
