Victory Condition?
Hey I succeeded in getting 9/9 victory cities as Axis but did not win the game... do you need to hold them for a whole turn or something? I feel like I've lost as soon as the enemy snags their goal city before...

It was ranked and I have a screen shot with the game name if it can be corrected?

Victory conditions are evaluated at the end of the round so that all countries have an opportunity to take action.

Yes.

BTW end of round = end of US turn.
