Cant Build Skyscraper or Casino

I am trying to do the mission to build a casino and some sky scrapers within 25 years, I have all the factories and level 5 houses, but for the life of me cant find where i need to go to build those skyscrapers or Casino, can someone help me please. Thanks

Hello Adam.

To build the skyscrapers or the casino's you need to click on the retail buildings icon, this icon can switch between the Commissions generated by Level 5 tenants and the retail buildings that are the Skyscrapers and Casino's.
