Quick tip: The System 3 sculpture can be quite lucrative if you place it correctly. The initial payment is quite high, but it'll quickly pay itself off. You'll unlock it in the Utilities tab once you've built a Steel Yard.

Try to place some of your homes near the businesses you takeover because each business only affects a certain amount of houses around it in a radius.

Kindest regards

Does everyone in a utility building radius can visit? lets say Angler Building
or there is a rule like, only 3rd level tenant can visit Angler Building, 1st and 2nd level tenant can't visit?

because each visit pays a lot too

All tenants will patronise each retail unit as long as they're in range of the building. For casinos there's a random element for each tenant where the amount they lose at the casino can vary greatly depending on their level. The more retail units you have in range the more choices tenant will have, if you place parks and other monuments in range they will also have a chance to visit those places too. Essentially, you want to try and keep retail units to specific parts of your town to avoid competing too much between them for clientele.

Kindest regards

I spent a happy afternoon watching tenant behaviour (I had a single L1 tenant with Liberty Bell, Statue of Liberty and System 3 statue to choose from) and from what I can tell a tenant will leave their house usually six times a year and will either:
1) wander around their garden
2) Go to work
3) Visit an attraction in range

I think which of these they do is random, so the more attractions around the less chance they do something unprofitable- like go to work.

This was just with parks though, having casinos and skyscrapers around might skew this

Edit: they might go to hospital as well (another unprofitable pastime) but didn't check that
